When should I arrive for my appointment?

​

We ask that you arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled time. This allows you to get comfortable and fill out the appropriate paperwork if needed before your service.


What should I expect when I arrive for a spa appointment?

​

When you arrive for a spa appointment you will be offered a beverage. We will then escort you back to our relaxation room to relax before your appointment or fill out any paperwork needed. You will then be escorted to your service.  Lastly you can expect to fully enjoy your service.


I would like to enjoy a massage with a friend or loved one, can that be done?

​

Yes, we offer couples massages. Please make sure to mention this when booking.


Are children welcome in your spa & salon?

​

We do welcome appointments for children. If you are receiving a spa service we ask that children do not accompany you. 


What forms of payment does Salternative Spa accept?

​

We accept cash, Visa, AmEx, Discover, MasterCard, and Salternative Spa Gift Cards.


Can Salternative Spa accommodate groups?

​

Yes, Anytime that you are looking to book an event, please call us and we can arrange it.
