Group meditation offers the opportunity to meet with like-minded people and take time to let go of daily worries. We focus on releasing tension from both body and mind in a peaceful, caring, and sharing environment. There will be a brief introduction, a 30-minute gudided meditation, and a brief follow-up discussion. All levels are welcome.
